PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. Payment Deadline: Payments must be made within one (1) week of receiving the billing statement. The rate applied will be based on the date of payment. Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. reserves the right to cancel your registration if payment is not received by the specified due date. 
  2. Payment Before Seminar: Seminar fees must be settled before the event. If payment cannot be completed on time, please request a credit line by emailing us at info@mansmith.net. Credit terms are strictly limited to a maximum of fifteen (15) days, in compliance with BIR regulations. Note that VAT is applied at the time of invoicing. 
  3. Payment Details: 
     * Payable to: Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. 
     * Bank: UnionBank – Roosevelt Branch 
     * Account Name: Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. 
     * Account Number: 002360010720 
  4. Withholding Tax: If your company intends to withhold tax, please inform us in advance and withhold only 2%, as Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. is classified under suppliers or contractors of services. Kindly provide a creditable tax certificate (Form 2307) along with your payment. 
  5. Company Details for Payment:

  6. Proof of Payment: Once payment is made, please send a copy of the deposit slip or a screenshot of the wire transfer to info@mansmith.net. For BIR compliance, include the following details: 
     * Company Name, TIN, Business Style, Complete Billing Address 
  7.  Official Receipt (OR): If you wish to have a physical copy of your OR delivered, please provide the following: 
     * Delivery Address, Billing Address, Contact Person, Contact Number
    Please note that any changes or revisions requested after the OR is delivered will incur a re-delivery fee.
  8. Substitution & Cancellation Policy:
    * Substitutions are allowed up to 1 day before the seminar.
    * Cancellations made less than 7 working days before the event will require full payment.
  9. Agreement: If you agree to all the terms and conditions, please sign the SO in your Mansmith Portal or acknowledge this email.
